Pauline is the independent Chair of Ardea Funds Management and brings to the role deep knowledge of funds management, governance, and contemporary risk practices. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Mercer Superannuation Australia Limited, and Chair of both Interaction Disability Services and Zurich Assure Pty Ltd. Pauline is the President and Chair of the Governance Institute of Australia and a member of the International Council of The Chartered Governance Institute.

She has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including as a senior regulator with ASIC, holding various directorships across listed, public, not-for-profit and fiduciary entities, CEO positions (including CEO of ASFA), and as an international adviser on pensions governance.
